Very good company
I replaced 4 upper story windows which highgate door matched perfectly with existing windows. Also replaced large living room window and front entrance door. Service, craftsmanship of installation, and product quality were excellent. Finishing of front entrance door far exceeded expectation. Installation was fast (3 hours), thorough clean up that had my neighbors asking about their services. Service people extremely courteous and professional.

I count on them
We've had highgate door replace our windows over the past 3 years, and we love our double hung windows. Very clean, professional and helpful. Fantastic service from the office and the crew, and the sales man is awesome. Prices are great as is the warranty. I would recommend highgate door, you won't be disappointed!

Good service and products
Had four older windows replaced with modern sliders. Went with highgate door due to a friend's recommendation as well as the obvious build quality over 'big-box' store of highgate door and other suppliers I looked into (beefiest frame assembly, easy removal for cleaning). Installer was very efficient and his work was excellent.

Satisfied!
Just had my front door done by Highgate Door, and their workmanship is first class! They customize each job, so no job is ever the same. Mine was definitely not on the easy side, but by the end we're so satisfied that we went with Highgate Door.

Good Job!
They have the most knowledgeable representative that we obtained quotes from. His quote was also the best. The manufacturer eventually had difficulty shipping the size of the door plus transom required. At this time they reviewed the situation and our issues. They recommended that we keep the existing doors and suggested other solutions to our concerns. The order was cancelled and they speedily returned our deposit. We will only deal with Highgate door in the future.

Highly Recommend!
We had 18 windows, 1 patio door and 1 kitchen door replaced brick to brick in 2 days. From the onset there was no pressure from the salesman. He provided intelligent suggestions on how to make the look consistent in the front of the house as well as the back. The 2 men installation team was extremely efficient and clean and provided a complete and thorough walk about inside and out upon completion of job. They passed with flying colors and I would highly recommend highgate door.

Great job in the store and great install
The guy in the door department was great! We could not have asked for better assistance. The installer, complete Pro! This was a smooth transaction all the way. Their sales rep in the store also helped us pick out a new door handle and taught us some of the differences in the newer Door Handle technology that can make re-keying later easy to do on our own. Thank you guys.

I had a garage door installed
I am very pleased with the work that was done. The garage door looks great and the installers did an excellent job. I have recommend highgate door to other neighbors and friends. I have one more window and a sliding door to install and I plan to use highgate door for this project. Thank you for the good service.

Will be hiring them again
Highgate Door replaced 2 bathroom and 4 bedroom windows plus installed a new glass sliding door. The sales rep was very informative but I should have inquired about having triple glass to block out the noise since they are bedroom windows. Overall I am very pleased with the result and will call them when I need windows replaced in the future.

Very Helpful
I would highly recommend using highgate door. First our rep was great at getting us a good deal and very helpful with our door and windows. Second the guy who installed our door and windows was great, this guy does not stop for a break. The other men that helped with the windows were the same go go go. While he was there doing the windows I mentioned the door had a slight crack he took the extra step to not only fix the crack but took the door off as he said it wasn't closing properly. This guy can work.

Best
Installer left glue on my granite countertop and hand railing which was extremely difficult to get off. First visit, door brought by installer was defective, and I had to wait a few days more for the door installation. Contractor had taken my old door off already and I had no storm door for a couple days. New storm door is nice.

Excellent service
Just had all my interior doors and closet doors replaced yesterday. Excellent job done by the two young men from Highgate door. From showing up on time, until the final walk-thru and cleanup, you could not ask for better contractors. I highly recommend this company

They diagnosed the problem, along with several others on my garage doors, and offered several possible solutions. Even with the "extras", which I chose to have done, the cost was less than I had estimated for the original job. They did excellent work. My wife and I were extremely happy and have identified him as our sole provider for these services in the future.

I know more about windows now thanks to the rep of Highgate Door. He gave me a wonderful education about windows. They installed my windows in one day without any mess at all. They also offered useful tips on how to take good care of the windows. Wow the windows really made an immediate difference in noise level! I will be looking to this company for a door as well!

Highgate door, the best company ever! They responded to all my inquiries and were so gracious. They fixed our windows and replaced a window screen at a very reasonable rate. We have used this team to replace the windows and doors on several homes and are always impressed. The quality of the products is great and the installation team is excellent! Whether it is my home or I am sending them into a tenant's home, I never have to worry. The windows and doors will be replaced quickly and there is no sign that they were ever there...except you now have great things! Good Service
I recently purchased a roller shade for my home from Highgate door and it is beautiful. It fit perfectly in the guest room and arrived just in time for the holidays. Great product, made in the states. The office staff was awesome and very helpful. The showroom is beautiful too. So much to choose from and the best part is that a lot of the features are on display for you to see. I'm working my way around the house so will definitely come back for ore. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for window treatments.

The guy on the phone at Highgate Door is wonderful, understood how to work within a budget. I almost didn't end up going with nice doors for my brand new tiled shower with the river rock bottom because nothing was reasonable. The technician was great - worked with my budget and made good suggestions. The installation was quick, clean and polite. They even had it ready in time for the inspection so I did not need to get an extension for my building permit.

I called Highgate door at 5pm. They showed up in less than an hour. Extremely polite; fixed the garage doors like no bodies business. Very well prepared. 1 year warranty. My sliding glass door window was shattered by my grass cutters and obviously I was desperate to have it fixed immediately. I had nothing more to ask
I never thought I would be writing a review but after the great support from Highgate Door, I must write about them. Just a week ago I took glass door and window gates from this company. I was never expecting such quality service with the budget I had. But they treated me really well and served a lot more than I was looking for. I am very happy with the look and quality of their products and I do appreciate 10% discount which they gave me. They saved my money and time and in return gave me the best products and best service.
