They are committed to Goddard’s mission of making the world a better place through early childhood education and development. Hiral and Hemant want families to feel like they’ve found a home away from home where children will discover the wonder of learning as they build confidence, make lasting friendships and explore the world around them. They are dedicated to making sure their School meets the highest standards of health, safety and security with teachers who are warm, nurturing and highly skilled. When Hiral and Hemant aren’t busy at Goddard, they love spending quality time with their children who are 7 and 9.

Ms. Laticha earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and her Master's degree in Counseling from Grand Canyon University. She has been teaching young children since 2007 and loves to watch them grow and learn in her class.

My name is Tracy Pederson and I have been teaching young children since 2007. I have worked at Goddard since 2010. I have a bachelor’s degree in child development and a master’s degree in education from Birth to Kindergarten. In my free time I like to go hiking, cook and do crafts and puzzles. I also love spending time with my husband and son.

Ms. Laquanda has worked with children of all ages for over 10 years. As she worked with children in various settings such as Dance, Art and her own Youth Organization, she has always been very passionate about teaching children and working with them to develop vital skills they will need in life academically. In 2011 she earned an associate in theology from Rhema College in Tulsa, Oklahoma and later decided to pursue what she loves most and continued her education in Early Childhood Development. Currently continuing her studies, Ms. Laquanda shares great excitement towards her career and plan to continue to grow. During her free time, she enjoys dancing, traveling, cooking & eating African & Indian Cuisine and spending time with her son.

She has taught children since 2006 and has experience in the toddler and infant. settings. In her spare time, she enjoys Diamond Painting and shopping.
