I'm anxious to get my new windshield.
I called Auto Glass America regarding my damaged windshield just to get basic information on how the process works. Travis was my Customer Service Rep. He explained everything to me in short order and it seemed like in no time at all I had my insurance claim processed and was scheduled for installation. I'm anxious to get my new windshield.

I'm a wounded veteran that served in Iraq and Afghanistan with the 101st Airborne. Auto Glass America offered to replace a side glass for me in my Vann at no charge out of respect for my service and sacrifice. I very much appreciate the people at Auto Glass America, particularly Brad, for stepping up and helping out.

Brad was very helpful in setting up my glass claim
Brad was very helpful in setting up my glass claim and processing everything. My insurance company was less than cooperative but Brad was very professional and knows how to get the job done. He got me scheduled for the next day and Auto Glass America bought back my old windshield for $25.00 cash at the time the job was done and I received a $100.00 Restaurant.Com Discount Card as a thank you for my business.

Completed our job in a timely fashion

Called Auto Glass America the day before the holiday weekend and to my surprise they were able to come out the same day and get my windshield replaced for me. Terry, the installer did a great job and my car is as good as new. I will recommend them to any of my friends in need of a windshield or other auto glass

I Got My Windshield Replaced By Auto Glass America
I just want to express how happy I was when Auto Glass America turned what I thought would be a bad experience into a very pleasant experience. I got my windshield replaced by Auto Glass America and they did a great job and I received a $25.00 rebate check and a $100.00 discount card to local area restaurants at the time of completion. When we went to use the discount cards they did not work and I was very frustrated. After talking to Dustin he explain to us how the cards worked, Dustin offered me us another 25.00 check for our frustration.

They had it fixed the very same day!
I called Auto Glass America about my broken windshield and they had it fixed the very same day! Travis, the customer service rep helped me with my insurance claim in less than 15 minutes. They have been unbelievable and I would recommend them to my friends and will call them again in the future.
